Spokane Beer Delivery works hard to deliver our products within 60 minutes of receiving an order. Peak times and weather conditions may affect delivery times. Spokane Beer Delivery will contact the customer if delivery time is longer than expected due to these conditions. Orders that take longer than quoted are eligible for free product.

The law requires a physical address and payment before our drivers can leave the store. Spokane Beer Delivery can only deliver to individuals with an active federal or state license. Upon hire, our drivers must obtain a complete background check, which is covered by Spokane Beer Delivery’s company insurance policy.

Issues that are caused by Spokane Beer Delivery will be corrected at no additional cost to the customer.

Please contact Spokane Beer Delivery at 509-233-4444 if you are unsatisfied with the product that was delivered to you. However:

• If there are no individuals that have valid federal or state license.
• If there are no individuals over the age of 21.
• If nobody answers the door in 10 minutes of our notification of arrival and attempting to contact you via knocking/calling phone.
• Incorrect address resulting in more than 2 miles of driving.
